I have been receiving a message (below is the picture) from WhatsApp that after 31Dec 2016, WhatsApp shall not work with BlackBerry Q10. What should I do, its mean I would have to change by device?

No matter how many times you ask the same question, the answer is the same. Whatsapp won't work on your phone (any BB10 phone) as 31 December. If you rely on Whatsapp, you should get another phone. And not another BB10 phone.
