Default Deleted emails from BB don't delete from server?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
when I delete emails from my BB, I also tell it to delete from my server.
When I fire up my MS Outlook, it puls down those same emails that I deleted from my BB. They are still there. Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Are you using a BIS or BES connection?

My BIS never did it correctly when I had it for my POP3 account.
If you have a BES connection, make sure your Messages -> Options -> Email Reconciliation -> Delete On option is set to Mailbox & Handheld or Prompt.

No OWA, just IMAP. I know it will not work using POP3 but has always worked for me and others in my company using IMAP.
