when i try to open my bb standard browser it says
"Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device."
i dont know what to do. i cant open anymore my bb app world and im feeling really annoyed....anyone can help me??? plss...thnx

Try a battery pull, then resend you service books.

yes i tried that but no fix....another problem is that when i go to Advanced Options -Service books it says No entries....i dont really understand these problems that my bb is having....thnx anyway

How did you resend the service books?

Service books are required to operate a BB.
