I need help with the "Help" Icon on my bb7290 when I go and push the track wheel to go in I get this message. Uncaughtexception:java.long.NullPointerException

Options / About will tell you the OS version.
And you can not upgrade the OS OTA.

Man,I don't use help that often but clicked on it on my 7520 and damn...I have the exact same message.What gives? Is there something on the network that caused this??
