our CEO shared his calendar with his assistant , so she can post and add appointments through Outlook

we have BES + BIS service

is there a ways that the assistant can see the CEO from her blackberry ????

See the CEO from her Blackberry?

I'm assuming you mean see the CEO's calendar. You should be able to go to the options and choose the calendar you want.

sure she wants to see the CEO's Calendar . any way i tried this way but NO LUCK

Are you using BIS or BES?

we use BES .

from the assistant outlook i can see the CEO's Calendar , and we can add and edit any appointment .

from the assistant blackberry i can see her calendar only , and after selecting Options i can see the ( outlook Calendar ) her calendar only and BIS calendars ( gmail , hotmail )

But I can not see the CEO's Calendar

wicksoft will allow users access to shared/Delegate Calendars and Shared Contacts....Have a look, you can trial the software for free
