I cannot create "Blackberry Internet Service acc" on my comp or BB9780;
in my mail box : User account is in INVALID mode.

You Must have a BlackBerry Data Plan to set up e-mail

You dont create BIS account on either. You need to go to the carriers server site to do anything with email. This is provided you have a blackberry data plan.
