Hi,

I have this phone, Pearl 8110, at the office and everytime the user answers a call it enters on speaker mode automatically for about 5 seconds. Then it switch to regular mode.

I tried hard resetting the phone by removing the battery while on but didn't solve the problem.

What else should I try?
