Please Login to Remove!

Im trying to log into the access manager but I keep receiving a message saying "access was denied because the username/password was invalid on the domain" Im confused why it's saying this any help would be appreciated.

Also using the access manager. Is this the only way to upload pictures from my phone to my computer so I can post them on myspace ?? or is there another way ?

Wrong software. VZAccess Manager is for using the BlackBerry as a wireless modem. If you have a media card installed you don't need any software at all. Connect the BlackBerry and when asked enable mass storage mode. Then simply copy the pictures from the media card to your PC.

yes, use the roxio media manager software, and enable mass storage mode on your device under options > media card > mass storage mode

Yes, the media card is basically a micro SD memory card. You can get it in the Verizon store in either 1 gig, 2 gig, 4 gig, or 6 gig. The largest size is 8 gig and last I checked (about a month and a half ago) it was only available online, it wasn't carried by the stores yet.

When you get the card, you will want to insert it into the phone first, before you do anything else. The BB will create the directory structure needed. When you connect the phone to your computer using the USB cable and enable mass storage mode, you can simply open up your browser and your computer will see the phone as an external drive, and you can simply click and drag your desired pictures or mp3 files or ringtones into their respective folders. You wouldn't even need to use DM.

I am having this issue, but I am actually trying to use the tethered modem capability.

It seems to be an issue with 8830's. I have the tether package, and I'm able to tether but I have to keep playing with my blackberry to get it to work. (This is my 2nd 8830, and i did not reload the from a backup when getting the new blackberry. This has been happening to both right out of the box)

I have not had any issue with this in the past with my other blackberry's (8703 or 7250)
Also "modem enabled" gets locked across the screen and i have to reboot my radio or restart my phone; with the 8830's.
Any suggestions?

I'm running Vista Ultimate and the 8830 has the latest OS from Verizon, downloaded from there page. I have reloaded the OS twice. And reload vzaccess manager twice and it is the current version.
