Default Blackberry Calendar Removing Appointments in Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

My Blackberry Curve, 8310 has started removing appointments from my Mocrosoft Outlook when syncing. Previously, all appointments were retained, but now appointments over 1 week old have been deleted. This just started in the last week. I have made no changes to the phone or to Outlook. I have the latest software from AT&T on the phone (v4.5.0.110) and the computer (ver 4.7.0.32 Desktop Manager.) What do I need to do to prevent these appointments from being removed when syncing, but still be able to add new appointments?

Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

Check the settings under Options in your calendar. I think there is an option for specifying how long the calendar entries are kept. It might have gotten changed to something else.

It was and is set for as "forever." Outlook keeps them until syncing and phone causes them to be removed from Outlook which would lead me to believe problem is being generated by the phone.

Don't you get the message from DM telling you that some number of entries will be deleted from the calendat on the computer, and asking you to accept?

Did you check the settings for the calendar on your phone? Or did you check it under BB DM?

I am having the same problem, syncing mail messages thru OWA from my Blackberry, and also using Google Sync to keep my BB sync'd to my Google Calendar. I think that the Google Sync is deleting those Outlook Appointments from my Blackberry during sync. It's terribly embarrassing to try to explain to the whole department that my BB is what canceled a 2-week-old meeting request.

Any ideas on a fix?
