I got the Data Connection on, and I can't receive MMS and when I send it, nor can i send them. I even tried to send one to myself and didn't receive it. I have the Multimedia plan and have been able to send and receive MMS with my old phones.

Anyone know what I can try. I tried the Battery Pull already, and that didn't help. =[

Anyone know how I can test this anymore or perhaps its a setting within the settings?

Do you have a BB data plan? Is it properly activated on the device?

Is the device configured for MMS? Settings > Options > MMS
