If you have gone into BES Manager under the user tab and there are no users then that's quite a mystery. You don't have your BESADMIN account defined in there do you? If so, it doesn't belong there. Just a thought.
When I installed my 1 user BES I had no BES experience and other than getting the exchange priv's right it was pretty straight forward.
Might be time to use that free call. I've heard from others that BB will work with you until the thing works. They are pretty good.
