How can we forward a email with an attachment to another email through my application?

First you have to attach a listener to the folder(s) you are interested in forwarding mail from. There is some code on the basics of doing that here: Livelink - Redirection and here: Livelink - Redirection

Then you just re-address it, maybe add the old messag as an attachment: Livelink - Redirection and send it: Livelink - Redirection
