Angry torch 9800

dear forum
i just got my BIS service activated and want to register with
www.nobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za and i have to type in pin and imei no which i did and it gives me a html error message saying i should use the blackberry phone but i am using the phone and not the laptop.
i will soon throw this thing away as i am used to easy application with iphone
please help

Moved to the 9800 section.

Are you trying to set up an email account in BIS? If so you will need to go to the carrier's BIS site and create a BIS account. The PIN and IMEi is used to identify your specific device. You may have to call the carrier to get their BIS URL.

This is probably the link wanted: How to add / delete email addresses - BlackBerryFAQ.

Once BIS is activated on the account, you add addresses using the blackberry as described at the link, or at the BIS web portal using a computer as Dubdub indicated.
