Default Warning Status Window on Address Book Access

Is there any way to get rid of the warning window that comes up when a third party app tries to access user data (e.g., the Address Book?) . In an app I am developing, when it is launched on the BB for the first time, a status window always pops up asks the user whether he is OK with the app accessing user data.
