i have an 8310 curve and i can not get decent video camera quality out of it or pictures is there an update for this or some type of hack to get REAL time video recording and i can NOT select the high quality options for both video or camera .......any ideas

Hmm that's weird. I thought the updated OS (4.5.x) came with video recording.

Did you install the OS recently? If so, have you done a battery pull or reset?

Look at the memory and do you have a msd card? Yes 4.5 has video he says its not working right.

i DO have the camcorder but the quality is crap the pictures come out great but the video format (quality) only has 2 options normal (240x180) and MMS mode (176x144) weres the HIGH QUALITY video format option??

The two options that you listed are it for video. The camera quality options are Superfine, Fine and Normal. No High quality option for either.

so what cell phone would you guys recommend for a great quality video recording because i am going to a DRAGONFORCE concert in a month and i REALLY want to record it ^^`

If you want great quality video, get a video camera. No cell phone is going to give you great quality.
