Smile Can I extend my ring time?

Please Login to Remove!

Novice Blackberry user and I would like to extend the ring time so my voicemail picks up after say...10 rings. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!!

Welcome to the forums.

Try this: Increase amount of rings before voicemail - BlackBerryFAQ

If that doesn't work, you'll have to call T-Mobile and ask them to extend it.

And it can only be extended up to 30 seconds.
