I am trying to move the BES users over the WAN, using transporter tool as conslidation project.

You haven't provided any details, so there's no way anyone can possibly tell you if it will work at all, let alone work without issues.

Please describe your environment in as much detail as possible.
Include version numbers and service pack levels for all relevant servers.

Hi Thank you,

I am moving the user from 4.1.7 over the WAN (Latency is 100 MS) to BES 5.0.3, to connsalidate the mailboxes to Exchange 2010 and BES 5.0.3.
Will I face any issue ?
