I'm assuming you have a media card. You should be able to enable mass storage mode and download it to your computer by accessing your media card like a flash drive.

The easiest way is to connect your BlackBerry to your PC with the usb cable. You need Desktop Manager installed so your PC will recognize your BlackBerry and media card.

Quote:
Check settings on your Media Card:
Check Settings:
1. Go to Options >> Media Card
(some themes or BlackBerrys may call this "Settings >> Media Card")
2. Check the following settings (if they are not listed this way, then change to reflect the following:

a) Media Card Support: On
b] Mass Storage Mode Support: On
c) Auto Enable Mass Storage: Yes

3. Save the settings and exit
Instructions adapted from the wonderful and informative BBFAQ:
How do I add media files to my microSD card? - BlackBerryFAQ

Changed for copying from media card to computer:
Quote:
Option One
1. Make sure desktop manager is not open

2. Plug the device into the PC using the usb cord

3. A pop up box will open, select Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer. Find the video you want to transfer.

4. Open another instance of Windows Explorer

a) Start Menu >> Windows Explorer

5. Navigate to the folder where you want to transfer the video to.

6. Right mouse click on the video and select Copy

7. Open the minimized window (from step 4 above)

8. Right mouse click and select paste

8. The file is now on your computer.
You should really read the BlackBerryFAQ because it tells you how to do many things, including this.

Windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer.

Right click on your Start menu and select Explore.
