I looked through some of the post and could not find anything on this topic. I have been receiving error messages when trying to access the internet. AT&T Wireless has no clue on how to fix it, and they dont even know how to reset it either. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
You did first try the Alt+Cap+Del keypress?
Alt = Moon key at left
Also go to Options -> Host Routing Tables in BlackBerry and click thumbwheel, select 'Register Now'. Wait about five minutes.
I think hard reset deletes all your data (never had to do a hard reset, so not 100% sure) so try the above steps first;
