Yes, try ipddump.

ipddump - Extract your information from a blackberry backup IPD - Google Project Hosting

Just do a selective backup of your call log, make sure encryption is not selected, name the backup something different so you know which one you want, and then you should be able to use ipddump to save it into an excel format.
