hi ive now figured out how to connect to jvm and intell but its stuck on ARM can someone tell me what this is and how i can connect to it?

Depending on the context of the problem it could be a number of things.

The only ARM i know of is the processors used in most mobile phones

im trying to reload the system on my blackberry as its froze. i have re installed the software on the computer and now trying to connect the blackberry to the software, its saying it has four tasks, 1 and 2 was to connect to jmv and intell but now its stuck on arm and then built in...? im really confused as i dont know alot about the software for blackberrys and im getting a bit frustrated. and have beein trying to do this all day :(
