New Developer - Changing Compile Classpath??
Please Login to Remove!
I've installed and successfully run the sample apps. I created a new directory for development called c:\devel\blackberry and created a workspace in there. I copied the helloworld project into this directory (maintaining the com... subdirectory structure). When I try to compile I get an error because the rapc command is using a relative path to one of the jar files that it tries to import:
Building com_rim_helloworld ...
C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.0\bin\rapc.exe -quiet import="..\..\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.0\lib\net_rim_api.jar" codename=com\rim\samples\device\helloworld\com_rim _helloworld com\rim\samples\device\helloworld\com_rim_hellowor ld.rapc C:\devel\blackberry\com\rim\samples\device\resourc e\HelloWorldRes.rrh C:\devel\blackberry\com\rim\samples\device\hellowo rld\HelloWorld.java C:\devel\blackberry\com\rim\samples\device\hellowo rld\img\helloworld_jde.png C:\devel\blackberry\com\rim\samples\device\hellowo rld\img\helloworld_jde_bw.gif
I/O Error: C:\devel\blackberry\com\rim\samples\device\resourc e\HelloWorldRes.rrh (The system cannot find the path specified)
Error while building project
How do I change the relative paths that are being used to import the net_rim_api.jar? I've searched all over but see nowhere I can configure the location of this .jar file.
Thanks,
Cliff.
