Hi I had an older version of desktop manager on my pc and I updated it now it doesn't recognize my USB ports , What should I do ?

Reboot your PC and your BB.

Are the ports on a HUB or on the PC itself?

I found a couple of other ideas in some notes I had
1. IS USB power Management on? ( not clear how software upgrade could affect this, but might be worth checking)
2. driver location is c:\program files\common files\RIM\USBDriver
should be RimUSB.sys it should show this in device manager, usb controllers,rim composite device or blackberry device, properties
