At times when the number of calendar entries are displayed how do we remove the this display to enable the alarm to function,at times rebooting help but the phone doent reboot properly on re insertion of battery.

When you say it doesn't reboot properly, what do you mean? What should happen is you remove the battery, put it back in, wait for a while, then the carrier splash screen shows up, then you get the home screen. Does thatnot happen?
