Hey,, someone pls help me out ,,my blackberry storm 9530 ,,shows a white screen when im charging it,,after sometime,,the normal screen appears with the various icon and later it shows "App error Reset"
If I were you i think I'd try a clean reload of the OS. If that doesn't work, and you still have warranty left on the phone, I'd warranty it.

You seem to indicate it only happens when charging. That's curious, if that is indeed the case.
Ordinarily, you would expect a problem with an app. One thing to try would be to delete the last app you installed, or the last several if you did several at one time when the problem first began to occur. Then test for 24+ hours. If all is well, re-isntall one of the apps, test, install the next, etc., and try to determine which app, if it is an app, is causing the error.
Other than that, the next step would be to wipe the device and reinstall the OS, as posted above, or upgrade the OS, and then test.
I really doubt it's a hardware issue, but you'll have an idea of that based on what happens after the steps above.
