For some odd reason, a few of the options in Media Manager disappear when I plug in my blackberry (just did a clean install of the OS on my computer after a bum hard drive).

Before, I could go into Media Manager and when I dragged a video over to my blackberry for conversion I could go to the advanced options and choose between like 10 profiles: a few HQ profiles, a couple of Fast profiles , two Optimal and a few more Small profiles.

Now, the only options I get are best, better, and good quality for the mp4 setting.

If I look under the tools tab ----> options I can see the only video format available for blackberry is mp4. 3gp option disappears.

What is even more weird is that if I changed the selected device to a Removable Drive X, I get all the options back (all the options I am missing from my Blackberry device).

Can anyone help me on this?
