Default 8330 vs 8310/8320

Please Login to Remove!

hey bb fellas
lately ive been interested in the bb curve 83xx series phones
ive done a lot of research on the 8300/10/20 models
and im thinking of either getting the 8300/8320 bc the gps is not really a need for me.

looking through ebay i found a 8330 wich was considerably cheaper then the others, so i started a new search for the 8330 model and what i see is Buy Now @$40-80 which is kinda strange to me.
also comparing the models i was using gsmarena but the dont have the 30 model in the database
can someone tell me. is it better then ther other 8300

tl:dr difference bt 8300/10/20 models and 8330
thank you and sorry for bad english!

Which model does your cell carrier support? If you are not adept at working and setting up the BB, you might want to go with one they support. And all of those are relatively old models. Any of the newer models such as the 9000, 9300 and 9700 would be a much better purchase.

You can compare all models on the RIM website.

In any case, you should read this before you buy: Buying a BlackBerry off eBay - BlackBerryFAQ

8330 is CDMA, it won't work on your network.

Yes sprint does. The 8300, 8310, 8320 are GSM. 8330 is CDMA and i know of Sprint, verizon, and alltel carrying them.

No, it doesn't. The user asked if Sprint had the "8330 GSM".
There's no such thing as a GSM version of the 8330.
