help bb 9300 speaker berisik, cont hf dan speaker sdh di ganti tapi tetap sama saja

I'm expierencing problems with the sound of my 3 months old BB Curve 9300. Although I've put the volume to the max the sound of my alarm, ringtones and camera is really low but when playing Media files (music/videos) the sound of the speaker is perfect. Has anyone of you heard about this before?
