Default Using unlocked Tmobile 8900 on Att .. how to set it up?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys,
Im trying to use an unlocked tmobile 8900 on att. I cannot get it to register to the network. I called att and they said the phone is currently in use and i must call tmobile and have them delete it from their system. I called tmobile and they said there is nothing to delete and that they have no associations with the phone. I have added the apn settings for att and added the service books manually, but it still wont catch internet and will not allow me to register with the network.

Please help.

Thank you.

Thats to verify it is unlocked. He can make calls on tmobile so we already know its unlocked....

if you set the apn in the options to (i forget att's apn) and it still wont register you need to call tmobile and make sure it is not attatched to a BIS for any account.

Since you called T-Mobile to report it lost, you should call T-Mobile to report it unlost. That's about all you can try.

Let's start at the beginning.
What problem are you trying to solve?

Oh - this is easy.
RETURN IT TO THE OWNER OR THE MOBILE PHONE COMPANY.
That's what you should do.

Please stop asking how you can illegally use the device. Turn it in to the police station and walk away (avoid the bus this time).
