Default 8900 Wi-Fi problem!

Please Login to Remove!

I've been looking for a solution in this forum for at least a week now but still can't find one! Not sure what is exactly needed but here goes

I have a BB 8900 curve and I can't connect to Wi-Fi at home even though my laptop and my iPhone do.

the message I get is "Failed to authenticate against the network". I have typed in the password correctly and I'm sitting right next to my router.

What should I do, please help!

edit: I can post the technical stuff but not sure what is exactly needed.

Not really sure, I have a Huawei EchoLife HG520b. When I type in my router IP address I get a lot of jargon. Where can I check?

Wirelessly posted (The Dacia Sandero of data plan)

Are you able to get into the system settings for your router? That's where you would be ablw to check if the MAC filtering is on or not.
