I have BB Curve 9360 and since today it's been rebooting every so often and my power has been draining very fast. Only apps I have running is BBM, Facebook and Twitter.

I have the latest firmware.

(I've only had this less then a week)

Have you let the device run below 20% regularly?

Did you buy it new or second hand?

It's new, and yes, I do... I've done a factory reset on it, and removed my old 8Gb memory card, now seems to be holding a decent charge! Strange!

Do not let the battery drain below 20% if you can help it. That will damage a Lithium battery. Keep the device topped up and on charge when you are near a power supply, in your office, car, etc. Facebook and twitter use a lot of power so that is one cause of the battery drain.

mine is also getting same problem in bold 9790 i tried all thing but not gettiong over it And everytimes it get switched off

i really got annnoyed of it please help me
