I had a similar problem. unfortunately the only way to do this is to hold down the power button and turn it off. When it turns on again, the keylock will be removed.
In order to realistically use the lock keypad (and unlock it) you will have to change the settings to use a password, then enter the password to unlock it, as this setting doesn't use the 'lock keypad' button at the top of the phone.
I dont really care about the security on mine, so just use 'qwerty' as its easy to type in.
For ease of use, I also changed the settings so that the left hand button (voice dialling) became the 'lock keypad' button. Now that button has broken too, so now the camera button is lock keypad!
