Hi everybody!

I never used Level 1.
Can somebody explain exactly what it is and how it used?

Some messages (such as PIN) are set as Level 1 by default (which can be undone in options). You may also use filters in BIS to make certain messages Level 1 based on your filter criteria. Then set the profile for Level 1. The tone/vibrate alerts for Level 1 will activate according to your setting, and the heading of Level 1 messages will be red.
