Check out the "Profiles" option on how to change the sound for an SMS message.

Download and install Desktop Manager v4.2 SP1 or SP2 and you should be able to copy ringtones (< 2.86mb) to the 7130e. Instructions can be found in Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ
