Hi guys,

I need help on my BB Curve.. Why is it everytime when my friend want to send me pictures or songs thru bluetooth pop out this error message "Failed to connect to user phone" ??

Any solution to this?

You need to INITIATE the transfer from the BlackBerry receiving the file.

Media > menu button > Receive Using Bluetooth
