I have a blackberry storm and so does my wife . My phone keeps every e-mail , but hers deletes the e-mails ( I have it set to keep messages forever ) any ideas ?? thanks people ......

I have ( I believe ) checked every setting in my phone , and compared mine to hers --- I'm missing something ..

also check her email account setting (not on the phone, on the provider end, if there is the setting to delete/move email after read.
