The Digital Senders are fine. It is when a scan from Xerox machines are sent from. Any time a user sends a scan from Xerox machine, they have to use the computer to view the attachments considering they can not view the PDF content on their blackberry.

The Blackberry Attachment Service' status is started and automatic startup type on the BES server.

Any suggestions?

PDF files should be able to be viewed with no issues. they are coming through with a pdf extension and not anything else? is there an error that the user receives when trying to view an attachment? is the attachment a large file or a smaller file? it may be a setting on the BES that attachments over a certain size are not allowed. also, welcome to the forums

We are talking about two different scanner sender. One is HP Digital Scanner which this one is successful. Another one is Xerox Scanner sender that doesn't work. I have able to successfully view the pdf from my blackberry which it is resides BES server in Wheeling. But I send out account for NY BES server where it is not successfully open/view the pdf from Xerox.

I just tried this with PDF scans generated from multiple Xerox workstations. PDFs opened fine. This is on a BES.
