Default Roxio Media Manager on 8830

Please Login to Remove!

Just got new 8830

When I open up the Roxio Media Manager on my computer from the DM . The application screen opens up fine.

But the application does not recognize my SD card folder on my device. I can access my computer files fine.

Is there something I am doing wrong here ?

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

You are accessing media files that you saved?

What do you see on your PC?

The setting you mentioned would not go on by default?

when you first boot up the device after an OS load, or after installing the media card, it asks if you want to enable MSM. if you click no it stays off.

Yes, I have the mass storage mode set to ON.

I have songs already on my SD card from my old pearl unit. I just swaped the SD card to my 8830. I can play the songs from my SD card fine in my 8830.

When I open up Roxio media management. It recognizes the 8830 device. I can actually download songs using this application from my Computer to the 8830 device memory.

But for some reason, when I click the SD folder ( under the device menu) I don't get anything? nor can I download from my computer to the SD card.
