Default changing reception bar to numerical values; how to read it?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I have an 8830, I know ATL+NMLL changes the reception bar to numerical values, but how to read those values?? Like what means what?...-25 is no reception, but then over -100 is very low....and around -80 is very good. So if anyone knows exactly or any info how to read those numbers...

thanks in advance for any help.

My memory may be faulty, but when I played with this on my 7100t years ago, anything in the neighborhood of -100 was no signal for me.

For me, -50 through -80 is excellent to very good. I generally get -100 to -110 in my apartment which is in the back of a building, and it's still quite good.
