Default Outlook Web Access 2003

Need help.

For the past few months I have been using MS Outlook 2003 and Outlook Web Access 2003 without any problems. Then my company changed its firewall and all stopped. Together with my service provider CSL 1010 (Hong Kong), RIM and my company IT they identified a gateway through and my BB thourgh BB Web Client once again integrated. Problem is not all my emails are getting to my BB. I have been monitoring my Outlook and Outlook Web Access - they match. However, only about 50% of my emails are getting to the BB Web Client and BB. No pattern to help understand why. There are no filters, forwarding etc. RIM have got into the speak of Outlook and Outlook Web Access not supported - my retirt is well worked fine for past few months. So RIM backing away. My local provider is now saying can't do anything as need RIM. Whta is the problem?

In the aternative what else can I do. I use Outlook at the office and at my other company locations. I use Outlook Web Access when remote i.e. hotels etc. And I use my BB for everything in between. Rules are that must keep everything on the MS Exchange Server to when I get to the office everything is there without need to sync. My Outlook Web Access supports this. How else can I get my BB to work in this way.

Well there should be no issues with OWA integrations but I do know that RIM doesn't officially support all 2003 OWA accounts because some just don't work due to the configuration of the Exchange server.

A solution for you - talk to your Exchange admininistrators and ask them to setup a forwarding rule on your exchange mailbox so that a copy of all incoming email is forwarded to your BIS (BWC) address. I'm assuming here that since you have already tried to integrate the OWA account that you have a BIS account.

Salsa,

Many thanks I will discuss with my IT folks. A pity neither my service provider in Hong Kong nor RIM came up with a solution thye both just kept telling me what I could not do.
