Default Buttons Not Working

Please Login to Remove!

Sometimes the green talk, red hangup, and menu button on my Bold just seem to freeze but the track ball and keypad will work fine. This happened today and I turned the phone off and on again and it worked fine. Does this happen to anyone else? Anyone know why this happens?

Has the device been exposed to moisture at all in the past few months?

It doesn't take a significant amount of moisture to do some internal damage if it gets into the right places. Do you have insurance on your device?
