8900 Blackberry App World with OS.5.0 installed

Hi,
i live in a resticted area for the bb app world, but i wanted to install it on my os 5.0 (offical)
i followed the instrucitons on this forum as well as i took the list and installed it via PC.
after reboot i have the application loader message that it needs an upgrade, but when i do the upgrade then it says upgrade not possible because i live in a area where this service isnt available.
does anybody have a newer installation file please?
