I have an employee that has a Storm and they havent dropped it or loaded anything third party to it. Now, he can only hear phone calls when on speakerphone. He cant utilize the BT either...only speakerphone. We have done a battery pull 2x. Any other suggestions?

Did he or she use head phones that plugs in? Try to plug in a head set in and out a few times sometimes the switch contact can become stuck.

Same thing happened to me and I found out the contact was stuck. Just use a can of compressed CO2 or VERY CAREFULLY insert headphones in a circular motion. If your nervous about breaking it just bring it in to verizon. Problem solved
