Hi all,

I've got a BB8520.
In the top right hand corner it says edge. I believe this must be in Capital letters EDGE.
How do I do this?
Please help!!!!!!

You will not see EDGE unless you have a BlackBerry data plan and your handset is connecting to the RIM servers.

If you have a BlackBerry data plan, do a hard reset.

Note I'm saying BlackBerry data plan. A regular mobile data plan is not the same thing.

To do a hard reset, with the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds.

Yes, Please contact your mobile provider to make sure you have the "Blackberry-only" plan and then you will have the big EDGE there and should be able to browse and send/receive emails.
