All,
I have a weird issue with my Bold 9700: I am on BES, configured with Google Apps. I can send and receive emails on BB but my Google Calendar is not showing up in BB Calendar. I accept invitations and create events on Google but on BB the calendar is totally blank. However, if I create an event on BB, it gets synced up to Google so seems like instead of two-way sync I have only one way in Calendar.
My BES admin already reactivated my device and asked me to delete service books like Desktop Sync, Cical and Cmime.
Any suggestions?

Google apps connector has system requirements for the BES. Have you confirmed you are at those requirements?

To clarify, are you using a BES e-mail account and also using g-mail as well? BES Account is typically your company e-mail account and some people will use a personal account as well on their device.

Actually there are a few things to consider. Most people aren't using g-mail as the e-mail account that is on the BES. The way it generally works is you have your work e-mail i.e. and your personal address . The Microsoft e-mail address is managed by the BES and the g-mail is managed by the BIS. You cannot have multiple e-mail accounts on a single device being run by the BES. Most people don't realize that the BES is only managing the work e-mail address. Some people do forward their personal e-mail to the work e-mail account in a workaround to this issue of course.

Nice link Fadmin. I believe the apps connector is if you choose to use the G-mail application as opposed to setting it up as an IMAP account. That is a great option if your corporation/BES administrator is willing to install it on the server.
