Sorry about yesterday, guess some stores wern't on it like they should have been. My contacts told me yesterday and I was able, along with few lucky others to get their 8320. But the great news is atleast n one has to wait till monday.

they did the same thing with me, but i was able to get the phone for 299, the guy said it would go out today, and there was a slight chance i could get it on monday, but if not, tuesday for sure, cant wait!! happy that they let me send it to my office!

Call stores this am in NY, not available till Monday, called T-Mobile, at first she said not available till Monday, then she double checked, and yaaaaaaaaaaaa, its available, ask her to call the 2 stores near me, one said no stock[ a lie] other didnt answer, waited another hour 11am est, called bact CS , again not available, i asked her to re check, bang, its available, got it for upgrade price 299, 50 rebate ,express shipping should have it tuesday, no more playing games with Tmo retail stores )

I just noticed going through my box that the curve came in and the get started book they sent me was for the 8800... Has anyone else noticed this? Not a big deal, just curious.

Got mine (pics attached)! at Beaverton (Oregon) Cedar Hills Mall. I called at 9:55am and I mentioned I heard that Curve is now releasing today. She said, "hmmm.. should I be nice to you?" and I was like "pleeeeeeease" and she held one for me. Thanks Melinda! You're awesome! I am charging it now. Looks awesome! Good luck!

I called Bay Ridge, 86 and 21st Ave, they told me not till Monday, got tired of stupid run around, now i know i'll have it Tuesday or Weds, was told good chance Tuesday.

San Francisco report! I just called one of the corp. retail stores and talked to a nice rep, they are in stock and selling (and she said they had plenty). I am not disclosing which of the major retail stores it was until I get back home with mine.

I called back and started the call with saying that I had problems with the my-tmobile website.

Once the CSR figured out where my problem was(error when clicking "upgrade"). she asked what phone I wanted to upgrade to and what the listed price was.
249 I said, she replys, I can take the order over the phone right now, the price she had was 299 with $50 MiR.

2 year contract.
she offered 9 dollar service, 19 dollar with internet and the
$29 BES business account. Since my work pays for the service and we have a BES, I obviously could not take advantage for the cheaper plans.

They are not selling RIM's BT headset, no biggy but I figured I would ask anyway. Not that I really need another headset.

I have 14 days to return the hardware if I don't like it. 15 bucks for express shipping.


So if you can't get the 50 MiR with just calling and ordering it, try the route I took





ps: the store on fowler, not the mall one(tampa florida) has some in stock too and will do upgrades in-store. THey just wouldn't quote me a price for my account over the phone, so I don't know if they will offer the 50 MiR.
