Default It's nice to be back!

Please Login to Remove!

Well, after about a year and a half, I've decided to come back to the BlackBerry family. The last BB I owned was an 8700c. I've owned several windows mobile phone in between but today decided to come back to the BlackBerry. I am now a proud owner of the at&t Curve (8310)!

When I announced that I was leaving BB for WM, everyone said I would eventually come back. Well, it might have taken longer than most expected but it happened.

Now I'm having to get back used to working the BB and switching from the trackwheel to the trackball, no easy task.

Anyways, just wanted to say I was glad to be back!

Welcome back!

I also took a
'talkabout' with my wireless devices. Leaving the 'certain comfort'(to borrow a phrase) of the BlackBerry fold to take a look through the Windows.

I came back too.

Well, prodigee, when I left, the likes of the 8800 and the Pearl was still a couple of months from being released. The 8700c that I had lacked the features that I wanted in a phone, i.e. camera, wifi, MMS, extra storage, etc. So I switched to a PDA that did all that and more, the 8525. Windows is fun and pretty user friendly. Having to reset the device fairly often and the screen lagging when you would slide the keyboard out started to become annoying. There would be times where I would miss a call because the phone would lag so bad the touch screen wouldn't answer it and the dedicated call buttons wouldn't do anything.

So now that the BlackBerry has all of that, and now more, here I am. Plus, it is far smaller and lighter than any PDA that Windows offers.

So I'm eager to get back into the BlackBerry swing. I've read every thread that I could in several different forums on the website over the last few weeks in anticipation of May 25th, the day that I could upgrade my device. And I look forward to contributing in any way that I can!

I myself am back to the blackberry. After leaving TMO and the curve to go to the iphone, 3 month later I am back with a curve on ATT and awaiting the bold. I do believe that the iphone is a better web browsing phone, I missed my keyboard, wireless sync through the BES, and basically everything else.
