Default Browser made a disappearing act

I canxxx8217;t find my BB browser: where did it go? Supposedly it is still on my phone (under xxx8220;Applicationsxxx8221;) but I donxxx8217;t see its icon and canxxx8217;t use it. Help please.

Log into your BIS account and resend the service books.... OR call your carrier and ask them to resend them.....

If you are on BIS try resending your service books. If your not on BIS or would prefer call your carrier and they will re-send the service books.

It is what tells the device what services are enabled... Ie.... Email, Browser, SMS, MMS, ect.....

When I called T-Mo's rep she was kind enough to let me know that in the future I can resend my service books even if I am not on BIS.
Pearl:
Menu >> Options >> General Options >> Host Routing Table (Bold letters) highlight it >> Press Menu key >> Register Now
Online:
t-mobile.com >> lower-left corner: Options >> Send Service Books

That happened to me a few days ago on my Pearl. I had to call T-mobile because activating the service books didn't work for me.
