You would be wise to post any PayPal or eBay feedback, since you are a brand new user to this site with very very little posting history and feedback.

Sorry for late pictures!

Sorry for poor quality, I used my webcam!

Also, I've unfortunately lost track of the box!
I have the new handset and new Blackberry Charger only!

I'm terribly sorry!

How do you "lose" the box, holster, earbud, etc., on a 'brand new' device?

It got confused with a lot of other mobile bits and bobs that we were recycling.

Sorry, don't know how to edit my post!

It's a brand new device, I'll take pictures with my camera, I don't have a SD card reader on my laptop and my desktop is very old and unreliable so I resorted to my webcam!

My Pearl {originally} broke, and I sent to get a replacement, I was sent two {one went to the wrong address} so I accumulated two brand new handsets and therefore only have the justification to keep one so would rather pass it on to someone who will use it!

And as for the box and accessories, we were recycling lots of old bits of mobiles and PCs and the only logical explanation is that they got confused. I may just need to scavenge the case, earbuds from my Curve but I can't guarantee that I'll find them!

Or send the device back to the rightful owner, the carrier.

No, I spoke to Orange and since I'm a business customer and spend £100s a month with them, they said it's fine if I keep the device.
