I want to develop one BB main application that contains many shortcut icon to another small application. This small application is a stand alone application that can run individually.
If the icon is clicked, the the main application will check whether the small application that associated with the icon is already installed. If yes, then small application will be run. If no, main application will start to download the small application first.

Is there anybody ever make similar application?

See the ApplicationManager and CodeModuleManager classes.

These allow you to determine if the application is already installed, and then execute it if it is.

If you need to install the application, you can launch the browser to the URL of the JAD file - this will invoke the BB install untility.
